Can the customer see the estimate?
You can share the estimate as a link or on WhatsApp so the customer approves the extra before the work is done, which is where disputes usually start.
What if a job stays open for weeks?
That is normal. The job card stays open, and the estimate plus the parts ordered are visible on it, so nobody has to remember who it is waiting on.
Can I keep my existing customer records?
Yes. Vehicle and owner details can be entered as they come in, and the system keeps going from there.
Does it work without internet in the bay?
Yes. Job cards, parts usage and billing are all local to the device. Only backup and messages to customers need a connection.
