Attendance and salary without the register
Attendance and salary software for a small shop solves one specific problem: the register says one thing and the salary you paid says another. Pietools records attendance on the phone at the start of each shift, keeps leave and overtime next to it, and calculates the month's pay from those records with the rules you set - so the number at the end of the month is a calculation, not a memory.

Mark present, absent, half-day or leave as the shift starts. A PIN identifies the staff member, so they can mark themselves without seeing each other's records.

Questions people ask
Can staff mark their own attendance?
Yes. Give them a staff PIN and they can mark themselves in from the app without opening the owner's records. You can also mark attendance from the owner's side.
How is salary calculated - monthly or daily?
Either. Fixed monthly, hourly, per piece produced, or a base plus incentives - and you can combine them per staff member.
Does it handle PF and ESI?
It records the figures; statutory filing stays with your accountant. Deductions can be entered per staff member so the net pay is right on the day.
Can a staff member open the owner's screens?
No. Staff logins are separate from the owner PIN and are limited to the modules you allow, so restricted sections such as purchases and staff records are not reachable.
