Can customers book on their own?
Yes. Share the booking link and they pick a free slot themselves. Staff can also book on the counter for someone calling in.
What if two people want the same slot?
The slot is held as soon as it is booked, so the second person sees it as taken and picks another.
Does it send reminders?
Yes, ahead of the appointment. Reminders need internet because WhatsApp does - the booking itself does not.
Can I charge a deposit or advance?
An advance can be recorded against the booking, which is how a no-show deposit gets handled without a separate register.
