Questions people ask
Can two stylists work on one client at the same time?
Only if you allow it. A service can be assigned to more than one person, and the booking then reserves all of them rather than only the first.
Does it handle home-service visits?
Yes. A booking can be at your premises or at the client's address, and the travel time shows up on the stylist's day.
Can clients rebook themselves?
Yes, from the booking link. A regular client can book the same service and time again without phoning.
What about packages and prepaid plans?
A package can be recorded against a client as a series of bookings, with the used and remaining count visible on their profile.
